지식재산 인재양성을 위한 핵심역량 모델 개발

Development of a Core Competency Model for Training Intellectual Property Experts

이 연구의 목적은 지식재산 인재상을 정립하고 이에 기반한 핵심역량을 도출하여, 추후 지식재산 인재 양성을 위한 교육의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 지식재산 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사, 검토 회의와 협의회를 실시하였으며, 정합성 검증을 위해 지식재산 기반 창업가를 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식재산 인재상은 ‘지식재산을 이해하고 활용하여 미래 사회 혁신을 이끌어가는 인재’로 정의되었다. 둘째, 개발된 지식재산 핵심역량 모델은 5개의 핵심역량과 1개의 공통역량, 28개의 요소로 구성되었다. 셋째, 지식재산 핵심역량은 ‘문제인식 및 분석 역량’, ‘문제해결 및 구현 역량’, ‘IP 창출 역량’, ‘IP 활용 역량’, ‘IP-CEO 역량’로 구성되었으며, 공통역량은 ‘과학·기술·인문 소양’, ‘공감’, ‘자기주도적 학습능력’, ‘리더십’, ‘비판적 사고’, ‘협업’, ‘창의성’, ‘메타인지’로 구성되었다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for education for training intellectual property talent in the future by establishing an intellectual property experts image and deriving core competencies based on it. To this end, a survey, review meeting, and council were conducted for intellectual property experts, and interviews were conducted with intellectual property-based entrepreneurs to verify consistency. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the ideal of intellectual property was defined as ‘a person who understands and utilizes intellectual property to lead future social innovation’. Second, the developed intellectual property core competency model consists of 5 core competencies, 1 common competencies, and 28 detailed competencies. Third, intellectual property core competencies consisted of 'problem recognition and analysis competency', 'problem solving and implementation capability', 'IP creation capability', 'IP utilization capability', and 'IP-CEO competency', and common competency was 'science ·Technology and humanities literacy', 'empathy', 'self-directed learning ability', 'leadership', 'critical thinking', 'collaboration', 'creativity', and 'metacognition' were composed.
