현실치료 WDEP를 활용한 중학생 진로탐색 프로그램 효과검증

본 연구의 목적은 현실치료 WDEP를 활용한 중학생 진로탐색 프로그램이 자아존중감과 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현실치료 WDEP를 활용한 중학생 진로탐색 프로그램이 자아존중감에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 둘째, 현실치료 WDEP를 활용한 중학생 진로탐색 프로그램이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 연구대상은 D시에 소재하고 있는 중학생이며, 주 1회기씩 회기당 100분 총10회를 제공하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS/WIN 27.0을 활용하여 실험집단의 사전-사후 검사를 비교하기 위해 Wilcoxon 부호순위 검정을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로탐색 프로그램에 참여한 중학생의 자아존중감이 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 진로탐색 프로그램에 참여한 중학생의 진로결정 자기효능감이 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다. 따라서 현실치료 기법인 WDEP을 활용한 중학생 진로탐색 프로그램은 중학생의 진로탐색에 있어서 효과적인 방법이라 할 수 있으며, 중학생의 진로교육 및 진로지도를 위해 학교 현장에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of middle school students' career exploration program using Reality Therapy (Want Doing Evaluation Planning) on self-esteem and career decision-making self-efficacy. The research questions are as follows. First, what is the effect of middle school students' career exploration program using WDEP on self-esteem? Second, what is the effect of middle school students' career exploration program using WDEP on career decision-making self-efficacy? The subjects of this study were middle school students in D city, and they were provided 10 times per session for 100 minutes per session once a week. The experimental design was designed by pre-post test of the experimental group. In this study, Wilcoxon sign rank test was conducted using SPSS/WIN 27.0 to investigate the effects of middle school students' career exploration program using Reality Therapy on self- esteem and career decision-making self-efficacy. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there was significantly improved in the self-esteem (Z=2.66, p<.05). It means that the self-esteem of the middle school students who participated in the career exploration program was significantly improved. Second, there was a significantly improved in the career decision-making self-efficacy (Z=2.67, p<.05). It means that the career decision-making self- efficacy of the middle school students who participated in the career exploration program was significantly improved. In conclusion, the career exploration program used in this study improved self-esteem and career decision-making self-efficacy of middle school students. Therefore, the career exploration program for middle school students using the Reality Therapy technique can be an effective method for career exploration of middle school students, and it can be usefully used in school field for career education and career guidance of middle school students.
