이 연구는 TV 시사교양 프로그램을 중심으로, 매체의 변화 상황에 부합할 수 있는이야기 교육의 방향을 모색하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이야기는 그 의미의 폭이 매우 넓고친근한 것이지만, 매체 환경의 변화 속에서 TV 시사교양 프로그램에서 나타나는 이야기는 과거와는 다른 모습을 보인다. 학습자들이 정보의 왜곡 없이 시사교양 프로그램에서 나타난 이야기를 이해하기 위해서는 체계적인 교육적 접근이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 2장에서 이야기 구조와 이야기의 구성적 자질, 매체와의 관계를 중심으로 이야기의 특성을 살펴보고, 3장에서 TV 시사교양 프로그램에서 이야기가 실현되는 모습을 고찰해 보았다. 그리고 4장에서는 교육과정을 중심으로 국어교육에서 이야기를 다루는 모습을 살펴본 후 시사교양 프로그램을 대상으로 한 이야기 교육의 방향을세 단계로 설정해 보았다. 본 연구를 기반으로 매체의 특성에 부합하는 이야기 교육을실현할 수 있는 구체적인 교육 방안이 마련되고 체계적인 교수 학습이 이루어진다면 학습자들은 TV 시사교양 프로그램에 실현된 이야기를 정확하게 이해하는 능력을 기를 수있을 것이다.
Focusing on TV current affairs and culture programs, this essay aims to explore the direction of narrative education that can meet the changing situation of the media. The narrative is very familiar and broad in its meaning, but in the midst of changes in the media environment, the narratives appearing in TV current affairs and culture programs are different from those of the past. A systematic educational approach is necessary for learners to understand the narratives presented in current affairs and culture programs without distortion of information. In chapter 2, this essay examined the characteristics of the narrative, focusing on the narrative structure, the compositional qualities of the narrative, and its relationship with the media, and chapter 3 considered the realization of the narratives in TV current affairs and culture programs. In chapter 4, after examining how Korean language education deals with narratives, focusing on the Korean language curriculum, this essay set the direction of narrative education for current affairs and culture programs in three stages. Based on this research, specific teaching and learning methods to realize narrative education that matches the characteristics of the media are prepared, and systematic teaching and learning is carried out, so that learners can develop the ability to accurately understand the narratives realized in TV current affairs and culture programs.
