공립형 대안학교 위탁 고등학생의 학교부적응 극복 경험에 관한 해석현상학적 분석

Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis on the Experience of Overcoming School Maladjustment in Entrusted High School Students in Public Alternative Schools

연구목적: 본 연구는 학업중단 예방을 위한 공립형 대안학교 위탁생의 교육 경험에 관한 연구로 연구자는 공립형 대안학교 교육의 구체적 내용과 당사자들이 구성하는 의미와 그 해석에 집중하였다. 연구참여자는 공립형 대안학교에 위탁 경험이 있는 고등학교 졸업생이 참여하였다. 연구방법: 연구자는 Smith, Flowers, Larkin(2009) 가 제시한 해석현상학적 분석으로 접근하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과로 개별 사례 기술에서는 연구참여자별로 경험과 그 의미를 기술하였다. 사례간주제 패턴 매칭에서는 연구참여자들에게서 나타난 주제들을 유사성 차원에서 묶었고 공통의 경험을 기술하였다. 패턴 주제는 새로운 길의 선택, 학교에서의 그림자 존재, 공감적 소통으로 장벽의 해체, 회복의 동맹자 친구, 주체적 자기 길들이기, 낙인의 문장(紋章) 지우기, 궤도 이탈의 위기를 극복한 좌표 설정으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 연구자는 연구결과에 근거하여 낙인 극복의 공동체로서의 대안학교, 애정과 신뢰가 바탕이 된 교사의 권위, 학생들의 진로 자본 강화를 위한 교육에 대해 제언을 하였다.

Purpose: This study investigated the educational experiences of Entrusted Students from public alternative schools for the prevention of school dropout. The researcher focused on the specific content of public alternative school education and the meaning and interpretation of the participants. The study participants were high school graduates who had experience in fostering public alternative schools. Method: The researcher approached the interpretive phenomenological analysis research method proposed by Smith, Flowers, Larkin(2009). Results: The results of the study wete as follows: In the individual case descriptions, each study participant described the experience and its meaning. In case-to-case topic pattern matching, topics from the study participants were grouped together in a similarity dimension and a common experience was described. The themes of the pattern included the choice of a new path, the existence of shadows at school, the dismantling of the barrier with empathic communication, the ally friend of the Restoration, the domestication of the subjective self, the erasure of the stigma, and the coordinate setting that overcame the crisis of deviation. Conclusion: Based on the research results, the researcher made suggestions on alternative schools as a community to overcome stigma, teachers' authority based on affection and trust, and education for strengthening students' career capital.
