대학수업에서 교육공동체기반 앙트러프러너십교육 사례연구

A Case Study on the Entrepreneurship Education Based on Education Community in University Instruction

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학수업에서 교육공동체를 중심으로 앙트러프러너십 교육을 경험한 학습자들의 사례를 중심으로 그 의미를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구방법: 수집된 자료는 수업자료, 저널쓰기, 인터뷰, e-포트폴리오, 최종결과물, 연구자 저널 등이며, 질적분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 학습자들이 경험한 앙트러프러너십 교육은 교육공동체기반 ‘혁신적 문제해결의 어려움’을 넘어, ‘실천적 지식의 배움’의 과정을 통해, 미래에 대한 ‘체계적인 실행의 도전’을 다짐하는 의미가 존재하였다. 결론 및 제언: 학습자들은 교육공동체 구성원들과 어렵고 힘든 실패를 배우고 깨달으며 아쉬움을 성찰하고, 미래를 다짐하며 도전하는 ‘앙트러프러너 되기’의 과정을 경험한 것이다. 아울러, 효율적인 교육공동체기반 앙트러프러너십 교육을 위해 학습자들에게 실천계획서 작성 및 크라우드 펀딩 등에 대한 즉시적인 피드백, 충분한 안내와 지원이 가능한 체계적인 단계별 학습지원시스템이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to research on the meaning of the cases of learners who experienced entrepreneurship education based on the educational community in university instruction. Method: For this, the collected data included class materials, reflection journals, e-portfolios, interviews, final results, and qualitative data obtained in the course of study. Research Results: Entrepreneurship education experienced by learners went beyond the educational community-based 'difficulty in solving innovative problems', and through the process of 'learning practical knowledge', which means that the 'challenge of systematic implementation' for the future was present. Conclusions and Suggestions: Learners learned and realized difficult failures with the members of the educational community, reflected on their regrets, and made a promise to the future and challenged themselves, which was the experience of becoming an entrepreneur. In addition, for effective entrepreneurship education based on education community a systematic step-by-step learning support system that can provide learners with immediate feedback on writing an action plan and adequate funding and sufficient guidance and support should be developed.
