빅데이터를 활용한 유아교사의 행복한 삶에 대한 인식 탐색

Exploring the Perceptions of Early Childhood Teachers on Happy Lives Using Big Data: A Focus on Keyword Network Analysis

본 연구에서는 키워드 네트워크 분석 통해 유아교사의 행복에 대한 사회적 인식을 살펴봄으로써 유아교사의 행복한 삶을 지원하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 Textom에서 제공하는 빅데이터에 기반하여 ‘행복 + 보육교사’, ‘행복 + 유치원 교사’를 검색어로 rawDATA를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 1차·2차 정제과정을 거쳐 단어빈도를 바탕으로 핵심 키워드 50개를 선정하였으며, 이를 중심으로 1-모드(nodelist1) 매트릭스 데이터를 작성하여 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 보육교사의 행복과 유치원 교사의 행복에 대한 사회적 인식에서 ‘유아’, ‘원장’, ‘교사’, ‘학부모’, ‘유아교육기관’, ‘문화’, ‘과정’, ‘지원’이 공통적인 핵심 키워드로 나타났다. 또한 보육교사의 행복에서는 ‘복지’, ‘정책’, ‘서비스’가 핵심 키워드로 등장한 반면, 유치원 교사의 행복에서는 ‘인성’, ‘역량’, ‘만족’, ‘의미’가 핵심 키워드로 등장하였다. 연구결과를 통해 유아교사의 행복에 대한 사회적 인식이 구성원들 간의 관계, 근무환경, 정부정책, 심리·사회학적 특성 등과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 보여 주었으며, 이와 함께 유아교사의 행복한 교직생활을 지원하기 위한 시사점을 제공하였다.

This study aims to investigate early childhood teachers’ social perceptions of happiness through keyword network analysis to provide basic data the promotion of their happiness. To this end, raw data was collected through the keywords search for “happiness” + “daycare teacher” and “happiness” + “kindergarten teacher” based on the big data provided by TEXTOM. Based on the frequency of the words, 50 keywords were selected after the primary and secondary filtering processes; network analysis was then performed by preparing 1-mode (nodelist1) matrix data based on the results. The final results of this study found that the social percetions of happiness of daycare teachers and early childhood teachers have the common keywords of “children”, “director”, “teacher”, “parents”, “education center”, “culture”, “process”, and “support”. Moreover, while “happiness” + “daycare teacher” included “welfare”, “policy”, and “service” as keywords, “happiness” + “early childhood teacher” included “characteristics”, “competency”, “satisfaction”, and “meaning” as keywords. The study also shows that the social perceptions of happiness of early childhood teachers were closely related to interpersonal relationships, working environment, government policy, and psychological and social attitudes. Based on these analytical results, the research suggests implications as to support early childhood teachers’ happiness and fulfillment in their teaching lives.
