초등학생의 학습동기와 학습몰입의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과 분석

An Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Academic Self-efficacy in the Relationship between Learning Motivation and Learning Immersion of Elementary School Students

본 연구에서는 초등학생의 학습동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습몰입의 관계를 알아보고, 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재에 재학 중인 초등학생을 대상으로 총 1,094부의 설문 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 자료는 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 Process Macro를 이용하였다. 연구결과, 초등학생의 학습동기와 학업적 자기효능감은 학습몰입간의 정적인 유의미한 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 학습동기와 학습몰입 간의 영향 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 학습몰입을 높이기 위해서는 학습동기와 학업적 자기효능감이 중요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between learning motivation, academic self-efficacy, and learning immersion of elementary school students, and to verify the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy. To this end, a total of 1,094 survey data were collected and analyzed for elementary school students enrolled in Gyeonggi-do. For the data, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted, and Process Macro was used to confirm the mediating effect. As a result of the study, elementary school students' learning motivation and academic self-efficacy showed a positive significant effect between learning immersion, and a mediating effect of academic self-efficacy was found in the influence relationship between learning motivation and learning immersion. These research results suggest that learning motivation and academic self-efficacy are important to increase learning immersion.
