간호대학생의 통일교육 경험에 대한 질적 연구

A Qualitative Study on Nursing Students' Unification Education Experience

본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 위한 통일교육에 대한 그들이 경험을 질적 자료로 표현하므로써 대학생들이 통일교육을 통하여 느끼고 변화되는 과정을 심층적으로 분석하고 이해하는 것이다. 본 연구는 대학 입학 이후 통일교육을 받아 본 경험이 없는 대학생들에게 체계적인 통일교육을 실시한 이후 그들이 경험하는 현상의 본질을 이해하기 위해 Colaizzi(1978)의 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 ‘긍정적 인식으로 변화’, ‘지속적 통일교육 필요성 인식’, ‘통일교육 후 적극적 태도 형성’, ‘통일 미래를 위한 리더를 위한 준비’의 총 4가지 주제모음이 도출되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생들이 통일교육을 통하여 좀 더 자신의 전공과 관련하여 미래를 설계하고 한반도의 평화에 대하여 고민하고 준비할 수 있는 계기가 마련되길 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to in-depth analysis and understanding of the process that university students feel and change through unification education by expressing their experiences of unification education as qualitative data. This study was analyzed using the phenomenological research method of Colaizzi (1978) to reveal the essence of the phenomenon experienced by university students who have not received unification education before systematic unification education. A total of four thematic collections were derived: ‘Change to a positive perception’, ‘Recognition of the necessity of continuous unification education’, ‘Formation of active attitudes after unification education’, and ‘Preparation for leaders for the future of unification’. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the unification education will provide an opportunity for university students to design the future related to their major and to think about and prepare for peace on the Korean Peninsula.
