LT협동학습을 활용한 협동미술활동이 유아의 리더십과 정서지능에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Cooperative Art Activities Using LT on Infant’s Leadership and Emotional Intelligence

본 연구는 LT협동학습을 활용한 협동미술활동이 유아의 리더십과 정서지능에 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 I광역시에 소재한 D유치원의 만 5세 유아 50명으로 실험집단 25명과 통제집단 25명으로 구성되었다. 연구대상에게는 각 2주간 사전검사 및 사후검사를 실시하였고, 프로그램 실행은 주 2~3회씩 진행하여 총 10주간에 걸쳐 15차시의 연구를 실행하였다. 실험집단에게 실시한 프로그램은 LT협동학습을 활용한 협동미술활동 프로그램이다. 수집된 자료로 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며, 집단 간의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 ANCOVA를 실시하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, LT협동학습을 활용한 협동미술활동 프로그램을 실행한 실험집단 유아들의 리더십이 프로그램에 참여하지 않은 통제집단 유아들보다 유의한 차이로 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 둘째, LT협동학습을 활용한 협동미술활동 프로그램을 실행한 실험집단 유아들의 정서지능이 통제집단 유아들보다 통계적으로 유의한 차이로 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 이는 유아교육현장에서 LT협동학습을 활용한 협동미술활동이 유아의 리더십과 정서지능에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cooperative art activities using LT(Learning Together) cooperative learning on infant's leadership and emotional intelligence. Subjects are 50 five-year-old infants; of these, 25 formed the experimental group and 25 formed the control group from D kindergarten, in I metropolitan city. The experiment was performed in 15sessions – two or three times a week and, in order to test the effectiveness of the program, a covariance analysis was conducted and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, in terms of the effects of cooperative art activities using LT cooperative learning on infant's leadership, the experimental group showed improvement compared to the control group. In particular, among the sub-factors of infant's leadership, there were statistically significant improvements in challenge and self-confidence, respect for others, self-management, and problem solving ability. Second, in terms of the effects of cooperative art activities using LT cooperative learning on infant's emotional intelligence, the experimental group showed improvement compared to the control group. In particular, among the sub-factors of infant's emotional intelligence, there were statistically significant improvements in utilization of emotion, appraisal and expression of others' emotion, appraisal and expression of self emotion, regulation of emotion, handling of the relationship with teacher, and handling of the relationship with peers. Thus, it is important to provide opportunities for experiencing cooperative art activities, using cooperative art activity programs based on LT cooperative learning.
