세계시민교육과 누리과정을 융합한 숲체험 프로그램 개발 및 적용

Development and Application of Forest Experience Program that Combines Global Citizenship Education and Nuri Course

본 연구의 목적은 지속가능한 사회를 위한 세계시민교육과 누리과정의 예술경험영역이 융합한 숲체험 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 만 5세 유아 61명을 대상으로 전체 세계시민의식의 변화와 활동주제에 따른 세계시민의식의 변화를 확인하고자 설문조사 하였다. 교육효과의 분석 결과, 전체 세계시민의식의 변화는 사전･사후 차이 검증에서 유의한 효과가 있었다. 그리고 활동주제에 따른 세계시민의식의 변화에서도 지속가능발전 이해, 지속가능발전 실천, 자아존중감, 책임감, 개방적 사고, 문화다양성 이해, 문화다양성 실천 등 7개 영역의 변화를 확인하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 세계시민교육을 바탕으로 유아기부터 자연의 생명체를 이해하며 질서와 규칙, 다양성을 자연스럽게 배울 수 있도록 숲체험 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to develop the forest experience program that fuses the world citizen education and artistic experience area of world process for sustainable society, and verify its effect. For this, we analyzed the educational effect with survey to verify the change of world citizen consciousness according to the change and activity theme of world citizen consciousness for 61 children in 5 years old. As a result, the educational effect of world citizen consciousness had the significant effect in the verification of previous and posterior difference. And in the change of world citizen consciousness according to the activity theme, we verified the change of 7 areas such as sustainable understanding, sustainable practice, self-esteem, responsibility, open thinking, understanding of cultural variety, practice of cultural variety. Based on the above research result, this research understands the natural life with open sensitivity including the nature from early childhood based on the world citizen education, and proposes the practical play activity of world process connected to forest experience education for learning naturally the order, rule and variety.
