장애 포용적 박물관⋅미술관을 위한 직원 교육 방향성 연구

A Study on the Direction of Staff Training for Disability-Inclusive Museum

본 연구는 장애 포용적 박물관⋅미술관 실현을 위한 직원 대상 직무교육의 요구사항과 지향점을 파악하여 교육의 방향성을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 박물관⋅미술관 직원과 특수교사, 장애인 관람객 16명을 대상으로 초점집단면담 또는 개별 심층면담을 실시하였다. 면담 내용을 전사한 후, 이를 의미 단위로 도출하고 범주화하였으며, 텍스트 마이닝(Text Mining) 분석을 통해 높은 빈도로 언급된 단어를 워드클라우드로 제시함으로써 상위 범주별 주요 내용을 시각적으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 4개의 상위범주와 18개의 하위범주를 도출하였다. 세부 결과로는 박물관⋅미술관 직원 대상 장애감수성 형성 교육의 필요성을 확인하였으며, 장애인 접근성 향상을 위한 조직적 공감대 형성, 다양한 장애 유형에 대한 이해, 업무 영역별 기술 지원과 역량 강화 등의 내용이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 박물관⋅미술관 직원의 직무교육 차원에서 장애 포용적 박물관⋅미술관 실현을 위한 실천적 방법을 제시하였으며, 향후 박물관⋅미술관 직원 대상 장애이해교육 개발의 기초자료로서 의미가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of education by identifying the requirements and direction of job training for employees for the realization of disability-inclusive museums and art galleries. For this purpose, focus group or individual in-depth interviews were conducted with museum and art museum staff, special education teachers, and 16 visitors with disabilities. The interview contents were derived and categorized into semantic units, and the main contents of each upper category were visually examined by presenting the words mentioned with high frequency through text mining analysis in the word cloud. As a result of the study, 4 super-categories and 18 sub-categories were derived. As a detailed result, it was confirmed that the necessity of education on the formation of disability sensitivity for museum and art museum staff was required. appear. This study presented a practical method for realizing disability-inclusive museums and art galleries in terms of job training for museum and art museum staff, and is meaningful as a basic data for the development of disability understanding education for museum and art museum staff in the future.
