모바일 알림장 앱을 매개로한 부모와의 의사소통에 대한 실행연구

An action research about the communication process with parents through the mobile notification applications: focusing on the play of under one – year - old class

본 연구는 만 1세 반 부모를 대상으로 현재 유아교육기관에서 사용하고 있는 모바일 알림장 앱을 매개로 한 놀이상황을 속 부모와 교사의 의사소통 과정과 의사소통 과정에서 나타나는 부모, 교사, 영아의 변화를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 실행연구로 이루어졌으며, 연구대상은 만 1세 영아 29명과 그들의 부모이고, 2020년 09월부터 2021년 1월까지 진행하였다. 연구 실행 기간에는 비디오 녹화, 사진촬영, 녹음, 연구자 노트 및 저널, 영아 개별 관찰 기록, 연구협의회 회의록, 개별 알림장으로 자료를 수집하여, 자료를 범주화하고 각 범주에 맞게 유목화한 후 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실행방안은 1차 실행으로 알림장의 의사소통 도구로 놀이 활용이며, 2차 실행으로 부모와의 놀이경험 가져오기, 교사와의 놀이 활동이 가정으로 이어지기, 부모가 영아 놀이에 스며들기였다. 교사는 놀이를 통한 부모와의 의사소통 과정에서 부모가 영아 놀이에 다양한 방식으로 교육적 참여가 이루어지도록 실행하고 지원하였으며, 그 결과 부모와 교사의 의사소통이 양방향으로 이루어지는 효과가 나타났다. 또한 보육에서 교육에 관심을 갖는 부모, 유능감을 느끼는 교사, 주도성을 갖고 노는 영아로의 변화가 나타났다.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the changes observed in parents, teachers, and infants who were involved in the communication process in the play situation that was mediated by the mobile notification app. The implementation plan of this study was to use play as a communication tool for notification cards as a primary execution, bring play experience with parents, play activities with teachers lead to homes, and parents permeate infant play. This study was conducted as an implementation study, and the subjects of the study were 29 of under one-year-old infants their parents. The research was conducted from September 2020 to January 2021, and the date were collected from video recording, photography, recording, researcher notes and journals, individual infant observation records, research council minutes, and individual notifications, categorized, and nomadic according to each category. Teachers implemented and supported educational participation in infant play in various ways in the process of communication with parents through play, and, as a result parents and teachers communicated in both directions. Lastly, a change from childcare to parents who were interested in education, teachers who felt competent, and infants who played with initiative.
