본 연구는 장애아전문 어린이집에서 권리존중 보육에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 장애 영유아의 권리가 보장되는 보육환경 조성방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 인천, 대전, 충청, 경상 6개 지역의 장애아전문 어린이집 55개 기관에 근무하고 있는 담임교사 207명이며, 자료수집은 온라인 설문조사로 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 교사요인 중 장애태도, 조직요인 중 근무기관 유형(국공립)과 근무환경이 장애 영유아 권리존중 보육에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 교사의 장애태도변화를 위한 교육, 어린이집 품질관리제도의 확대, 어린이집 근무환경 개선 등의 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influencing factors of child care practice respecting rights of infants with disabilities at daycare centers for children with disabilities. The subjects were 207 teachers working at 55 daycare centers for children with disabilities located at six regions of Seoul City, Gyeonggi-do, Incheon City, Daejeon City, Chungcheong-do, and Gyeongsang-do. Data were collected through online questionnaire survey. The results showed that the attitude toward disability of teacher, institution type, and working environment affect the child are practice respecting rights of infants with disabilities. Based on the results of this study, practical suggestions were presented such as the education for changing teachers' attitudes toward disability, expansion of quality management system of day care centers for infants with disabilities, and improvement of working environment at daycare centers
