본 연구는 수업의 질적 개선을 목적으로 활용하는 수업분석 및 컨설팅 도구를 재개발하고 타당화하는데 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 수업분석 도구(조 벽(2012))를 기초로 검토, 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위하여 Delphi 조사방법을 사용하였다. 교내·외 교수자와 수업전문가를 대상으로 약 6개월 동안 3차에 걸친 내용타당도 검토 및 자문과정을 거쳐 수업분석 및 컨설팅 도구를 재개발하고 타당화 하는 과정을 거쳤다. 연구결과, 수업분석 및 컨설팅에 필요한 온/오프라인 수업용 수업자가진단 도구, 수업설문지, 수업계획서 분석 도구, 수업분석 및 컨설팅 도구, 수업분석 평정표를 재개발하였다. 본 연구의 과정과 결과를 기초로 수업의 목적과 특성, 그리고 수업환경에 적합한 수업분석 및 컨설팅 도구를 마련하여 활용하는데 도움이 되길 기대한다.
The purpose of this study is to redevelop and validate instructional analysis and consulting tools used for improving the quality of instruction. To do this, the existing instructional analysis tools were reviewed and analyzed, and in order to improve them, instructional analysis and consulting through three content validity reviews and consultations with on-campus instructors and off-campus instructional experts was conducted using the Delphi survey method. As a result of this study, an online and offline instructional self-diagnosis tool, an instructional questionnaire, a syllabus analysis tool, an instructional analysis (consulting) tool, and an instructional analysis rating table have been redeveloped. We expect that this will be helpful in preparing and utilizing instructional analysis and consulting tools suitable for the purpose, characteristics, and environment of instruction based on the process and the results of this study.
