표준화를 위한 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 저해요인 분석

An Analysis of Demotivators for the Standardized Software Process Improvement

전세계 많은 기업들은 소프트웨어 품질문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 시간과 노력을 투입하고 있다. 하지만, 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 추진함에도 불구하고 자신들이 기대했던 성과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위해서는 장기적인 계획과 비용이 소요되지만 제한된 성공이라는 결과는 장기적이고 체계적인 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 추진하는데 어려움을 가중시키는 요인으로 작동하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 실증데이터 분석을 진행하였다. 선행연구를 통해 기업 내부에서 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 수행하고 있는 기업 관리자들에게 성공적인 프로세스 개선을 위한 통찰력을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 기업의 규모에 따라 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선의 저해요인들이 다르게 나타나는지를 분석하였다, 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 협의없는 프로세스 개선, 조직적 저항, 조직요구와 동떨어진 소프트웨어 프로세스목표 설정, 모범사례 공유체계 부족, 개선실패 경험 등에 있어 조직의 크기간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Many companies around the world spend a lot of time and effort to solve software quality problems. However, despite the push to software processes improvement, the desired results have not been achieved. Software process improvement requires long-term planning and cost, but limiting success outcomes serve as key factors in driving long-term and systematic software process improvement. In this study, we conducted an empirical data analysis on the factors that influence the improvement of software processes. Through previous research, we hope to provide insight into successful process improvement for corporate managers who are doing software process improvement within their enterprises. We also analyzed whether obstacles to software process improvement appear to differ by company size. It was found that there is a difference in the scale of the organization in terms of demotivation.
