텍스트마이닝을 활용한 국내 무기력 연구 동향 분석

Analysis of Domestic Helplessness Research Trends Using Text Mining

본 연구는 텍스트마이닝을 활용하여 국내 무기력 연구 동향을 파악하였다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 1963년부터 2022년 6월 10일까지의 학술지 논문 중 ‘무기력’을 키워드로 하여 논문 128편을 선정하였고, 16,455개 단어를 추출하였다. 이를 분석에 용이하도록 처리한 후 문서-단어행렬(Document-Term Matrix, DTM)을 통해 TF값과 TF-IDF값을 산출하였다. 이후 응집도와 복잡도를 고려하여 토픽모델링을 실시하였다. 또한, UCINET 6.0 프로그램으로 의미연결망과 CONCOR분석을 하였다. 그 결과, ‘무기력, 학습, 학업, 학생, 결과, 경험, 관계, 사회, 부모, 영향, 학교, 청소년’ 등의 단어빈도(TF)가 높게 나타났다. 주요 토픽은 대상에 따른 ‘여성, 청소년, 학생, 아동’의 무기력으로 분류하였다. 의미연결망 분석에서는 ‘무기력’이 연결중심성과 위세중심성이 높았고, CONCOR분석 결과, 무기력 영향요인, 무기력의 현상, 학업환경, 가정환경 등 4개의 군집이 형성되었다. 분석 결과를 통해 국내 무기력 학술지 논문이 부모, 학교와 같은 청소년의 주변 환경에 관한 연구가 많다는 점을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 한국 특유의 환경에 부합하는 무기력 이론의 필요성을 제언하였다.

This study used text mining to identify the trend of domestic helplessness research. For this purpose, 128 academic papers were extracted with 'helplessness' as the keyword among the journal papers from 1963 to June 10, 2022, in the Academic Research Information Service (RISS), and 16,455 words were extracted. After processing this to facilitate analysis, TF and TF-IDF values were calculated through a Document-Term Matrix (DTM). After that, topic modeling was carried out considering the degree of cohesion and complexity. In addition, Semantic network and CONCOR analysis were performed with UCINET 6.0 program. As a result, the word frequency (TF) of following was high: 'helplessness, learning, academics, students, results, experiences, relationships, society, parents, influence, school, and youth'. According to the target, the main topic was classified as the helplessness of -'women, youth, students, and children'. In the Semantic network analysis, -'helplessness'- had high connection centrality and eigenvector centrality. As a result of the CONCOR analysis, four clusters were formed: factors influencing helplessness, the phenomenon of helplessness, the academic environment, and the home environment. Through the analysis results, it was confirmed that there are many studies on the surrounding environment of adolescents, such as parents and schools, in domestic helpless journal articles. A theory development of a helplessness-based unique Korean environment is needed.
