보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 전문성인식이 영유아 권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Positive Psychological Capital and Professionalism Perception of the Childcare Teacher on the Childcare Practice in Respect of the Rights of Infants and Young Children

본 연구는 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 전문성인식이 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 C시, D시, S시 지역의 국공립, 민간, 가정, 법인, 직장어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 400명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, Cronbach’s α 계수를 산출하였고 Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 보육교사의 긍정심리자본, 전문성인식, 영유아권리존중 보육실행의 수준이 높은 편으로 나타났으며, 세 변인 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났으며, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 전문성인식이 영유아권리존중 보육실행에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 전문성인식을 함양하여 영유아권리존중 보육실행을 함으로써 영유아의 권익과 안전을 존중하는 보육환경을 조성하고 보육의 질을 높이는 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of childcare teachers' positive psychological capital and professionalism on childcare practice that respects the rights of infants and young children. For this study, a survey was conducted targeting 400 childcare teachers working in public, private, home, corporation, and workplace daycare centers in C, D, and S cities. For the collected data, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and Cronbach's α coefficient were calculated using SPSS 26.0, and Pearson moment-correlation analysis was performed. The results of this study are as follows. The level of childcare teachers' positive psychological capital, professionalism, and childcare practices respecting the rights of infants and young children were found to be high, significant correlations were found for all three variables, and the positive psychological capital and professionalism of childcare teachers were correlated with childcare, which was found to have a significant effect on performance. This study aims to create a childcare environment that respects the rights and interests of infants and young children and to provide basic data to improve the quality of childcare by cultivating childcare teachers' positive psychological capital and professional awareness to practice childcare that respects the rights of infants and young children.
