모래놀이 치료적 관계에서 전이와 역전이 분석

본 연구는 모래놀이치료 과정에서 상담자와 내담자 사이의 전이와 역전이의 문제를 고찰하고자 한다. 전이와 역전이는 정신분석의 중요한 치료적 기능이다. Lowenfeld는 정신치료서 전이 현상에 대한 정신분석학파와의 논쟁을 통해 모래놀이치료에서 전이현상을 처음 언급하였고, Kalff는 전이에 대하여‘모자일체성’이라는 표현을 통해 모래놀이치료에서 전이의 중요성을 강조하였다. 본 연구는 모래놀이치료과정에서 내담자와 상담자 그리고 모래놀이상자에 대하여 Okada의 '모래놀이 삼각관계'를 중심으로 전이에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구의 내담자는 중학교 2학년 여학생이고, 치료자는 39세의 남성으로 본 상담이 첫 모래놀이치료 사례였다. 치료는 25개월 24회가 진행되었고, 내담자의 모래작품(sand picture)와 치료 중 상담관계나 내담자를 상징하는 꿈을 함께 제시하였다. 내담자와 치료자 사이에서 모래놀이 작품을 중심으로 이루어지는 전이 현상은 직접 작품을 통해 보여지기도 하지만, 반대로 작품이라는 은유성을 통해 암시적으로 느껴져야 할 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 모래놀이 치료적 관계에서 내담자의 작품에 나타난 남성의 이미지와 치료자의 꿈에 나타난 여성의 이미지를 통해 내적 인격으로서 아니무스(animus)와 아니마(amnima)를 살펴보고, 모래놀이치료적 관계에서 긍정적 전이와 역전이의 가능성을 찾아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of transference and countertransference between the therapist and the client in the sandplay therapy process. Transference and countertransference are important therapeutic functions of psychotherapy. Lowenfeld first mentioned transference in sandplay therapy through a debate with psychoanalysts about transference in psychotherapy, and Kalff emphasized the importance of transference in sandplay therapy through the expression 'mother-son unity'. This study aims to examine transference in the sandplay therapy process, focusing on Okada's‘sandplay triangle’between the client, the therapist, and the sandplay picture. The client of this study was a female student in the second year of middle school, and the therapist was a 39-year-old male. This counseling was the first case of sandplay therapy. The treatment was carried out for 25 months and 24 sessions, and the client's sand picture and a dream symbolizing the counseling relationship or the client during treatment were presented together. The transferance phenomenon between the client and the therapist centered on the sandplay work can be seen directly through the work, but on the contrary, it may have to be felt implicitly through the metaphor of the work. Therefore, this study aims to examine animus and amnima as internal personalities through the male image in the client's sand picture and the female image in the therapist's dream in the sandplay therapeutic relationship. Through this, we try to find the possibility of positive transference and countertransference in the therapeutic relationship of sandplay.
