사회적 재난에 있어 사회복지실천에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

A systematic literature review on the social welfare practice in social disasters: Focusing on qualitative research in Korea

본 연구의 목적은 국내 질적연구 분석을 통해 사회적 재난에 있어 사회복지 실천개입을 검토하는 것이다. 체계적 문헌고찰방법을 활용하였으며, 2001년부터 2020년까지 출간된 사회적 재난과 관련한 학술논문 157편 중 PRISMA 절차에 따라 최종 16편의 질적연구를 선정하였다. 분석에 앞서, 연구대상 논문들을 보고의 질 평가기준(COREQ)에 따라 검토하고, 주제분석법에 기초하여 각 연구의 주제를 질적으로 통합하고 분석 결과를 도출하였다. 분석 결과 ‘실천을 성찰하고 숙고하는 사회복지실천가’, ‘당사자의 주체적 회복에 초점을 둔 사람중심실천’, ‘사람과 지역사회에 대한 통합적 개입’ 3개 범주와 5개 상위주제, 13개 하위주제가 확인되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회적 재난에 대한 사회복지실천 함의를 제시하였다.

This study aims to identify the social welfare practice in social disasters through the systematic literature review of qualitative research in Korea. Of the 157 academic papers related to social disasters that were published between 2001 and 2020, 16 qualitative studies were selected for analysis. The selected papers were analyzed according to the consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research(COREQ). Results were determined by qualitatively synthesizing the topic of the selected studies, and the following five domains were derived: (1) ethics and values; (2) social work skills; (3) service coordination and cooperation; (4) professional development. It also derived 4 categories, 8 themes and 13 sub-themes. The results of this study reported the quality of qualitative research reviewed in this study and suggested social welfare practical implications for social disasters.
