Looking at the case of the Blue Film School in the 2022 Hello Art Lab project, the problem was that the educational program was not differentiated from the existing film education. There was no consideration factor for educating the target of young farmers in the form of a documentary. However, with the keywords of local migrants and young people, the point where the education program was conducted by forming a consensus with the target audience was that the Hello Art Lab, a local culture and arts education support project, could see a different plan. In addition, there was also the advantage of making it possible to communicate together by creating an opportunity to screen local culture and arts education as a film festival. From this point of view, we look forward to follow-up studies on the projects of specialized groups only in the regional cultural arts education support project.
