대학의 온라인 시험 방법에 대한 사례 연구 및 인식조사

A Case Study and Perception Survey on Online Test Methods at Universities

본 연구는 대학의 온라인 시험의 공정성 확보를 위하여 선행연구를 중심으로 학습관리시스템(LMS)기반의 온라인 시험 방법을 구조화하고 대학생들을 대상으로 구조화된 온라인 시험 관리 시스템에 대한 인식을 조사하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 다음과 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 실시간 화상 플랫폼과 LMS를 연동하여 온라인 시험을 실시하였으며, 충남권의 S대학345명의 대학생을 대상으로 시험 평가 방법에 대한 적절성, 편리성과 공정성 및 만족도를 조사하였다. 그 결과 온라인 시험에 대한 적절성과 공정성은 확보하였지만 전반적인 만족도는 높지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 선호하는 온라인 시험 유형에는객관식, OX퀴즈 및 과제로 시험을 대체하는 의견 순으로 나타났다. 그럼으로 온라인 시험의 공정성을 확보하기 위해서는 LMS 와 실시간 화상 플랫폼을 같이 활용하고 객관식과 OX퀴즈, 및 서술형의 문제와 각 문항에 대한 난이도 및 적절한 시험 시간 설정이 필요하다 하겠다.

The purpose of this study is to reconstruct the learning management system (LMS)-based online test method as a repository of online research and to investigate the awareness of the online test management system in order to sufficiently secure the fairness of the online test at universities. In order to achieve the following objectives, an online test was conducted by linking the real-time video platform and LMS, and the appropriateness, convenience, fairness, and satisfaction of the test evaluation method were investigated for 345 university students at S University in the Chungcheongnam-do. The result showed, an accurate performance process for the online test was sufficiently established, but expectations were not high, and for preferred online test type, multiple choice, OX quizzes, and assignments were mentioned in the order named. In order to fully demonstrate the fairness of the online test, it is necessary to flexibly utilize the LMS and a platform with precise specifications, adopt multiple-choice, OX quizzes, conservative questions and set the appropriate level of difficulty and appropriate test time for each question.
