고등학생의 진로동기와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Positive Psychological Capital relationship between career motivation and career preparation behavior of high school students

본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 진로동기와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 고등학생 283명을 대상으로 진로동기, 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동 검사를 실시하였다. 또한 이들 변인 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 진로동기와 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동 간에 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였고, 진로동기와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서는 긍정심리자본의 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 즉 진로동기는 진로준비행동에 직접 영향을 미치면서 동시에 긍정심리자본을 매개로 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 같은 연구결과는 고등학생의 진로준비행동을 향상시키기 위해서 진로동기와 긍정심리자본이 중요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between career motivation and career preparation behavior of high school students. To this end, career motivation, positive psychological capital, and career preparation behavior tests were conducted on 283 high school students. In addition, a correlation analysis was conducted to find out the relationship between these variables, and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of positive psychological capital. As a result of the study, there was a significant positive correlation between career motivation, positive psychological capital, and career preparation behavior, and the partial mediating effect of positive psychological capital was verified in the relationship between career motivation and career preparation behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that career motivation directly affects career preparation behavior and at the same time indirectly through positive psychological capital. These research results suggest the importance of career motivation and positive psychological capital to improve career preparation behavior of high school students.
