시나리오 기법을 활용한 음악과의 문화적 공동체 역량 측정도구 개발 및 타당화

Development and Validation of Cultural Community Competency Scale in Music Subject Using Scenario Method

이 연구는 시나리오 기법을 활용하여 음악과의 중학생용 문화적 공동체 역량 측정도구를 새롭게 개발하고 타당화하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구들을 종합적으로 검토하여 문화적 공동체 역량의 하위 영역을 3가지, 상호 존중, 열린 마음, 참여 및 소속감으로 설정하고, 각 하위 영역을 다시 2가지 하위 요소들로 구성하였다. 그리고 중학생용 문화적 공동체 역량 측정도구의 초안을 각 하위 영역별로 3개의 시나리오와 각 시나리오별로 10개의 문항씩 총 90개 문항으로 개발하였다. 이 초안에 대하여 중학교 2학년 학생 8명을 대상으로 한 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)와 9명으로 구성된 전문가 서면 평가를 통해 예비 시나리오와 문항을 수정ㆍ보완하고 안면 타당도를 점검하였다. 이렇게 수정ㆍ보완된 측정도구를 활용하여 서울 소재 중학생 234명을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였고, 확인적 요인 분석의 요인부하량과 안면 타당도 점검 결과 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 최종 측정도구(총 9개 시나리오, 72개 문항)를 완성하였다. 이렇게 완성된 중학생용 문화적 공동체 역량 측정도구의 내용 타당도와 구인 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 별도의 9명으로 구성된 전문가 서면 평가와 확인적 요인 분석을 실시하고, 신뢰도 등을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 타당도와 신뢰도 등이 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to newly develop and validate a measurement scale for cultural community competency in music subject for middle school students using scenario method. To this end, based on a comprehensive literature review, this study constructed sub-domains of cultural community competency as ‘mutual respect’, ‘open mind’, and ‘participation and sense of belonging’, and each sub-domain was composed of two sub-elements. The pilot version of the scale consisted of 3 scenarios for each sub-domain and 10 items for each scenario(the total of 90 items). Based on both focus group interview by eight 8th grade students and a review by nine experts, the face validity was checked, and the scenarios and items were revised and improved on the pilot version. Using this revised scale, a pilot test was conducted on 234 students in the middle school in Seoul, and the final version of the scale(a total of 9 scenarios, 72 items) was completed under the comprehensive consideration of confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) and face validity results. To check content validity and construct validity of the finalized scale, a review by a separate group of 9 experts and CFA were conducted, and reliability was checked. Consequently, the final scale of ‘Cultural Community Competency in Music Subject for Middle School Students’ was good in therms of validity and reliability.
