A Basic Study on the Service Characteristics of Home Service Robots

본 논문은 홈서비스 로봇의 서비스 성격구현에 관한 기초 연구에 대한 논문이다. 서비스 성격이라고 하는 것은 홈서비스 로봇이 사용자에게 서비스를 제공할 때 성격을 말한다. 서비스 성격의 기본구조는 마이어스-브릭스 유형 지표 이론을 기준으로 설계하였다. 해당 유형지표 이론은 사람의 성격을 구분하기 위한 용도로 제작되어, 컴퓨터 언어로 구현을 할 때 맞지 않는 부분들이 존재하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 마이어스-브릭스 유형 지표이론의 구조만 가져오며 해당 항목들에 대한 정의는 새롭게 진행하였다.

This paper is a thesis on a basic study on the implementation of the service character of home service robots. The service nature refers to the personality when a home service robot provides a service to a user. The basic structure of the service nature was designed based on the Myers Briggs type indicator theory. The theory of tangible indicators was designed to distinguish a person's personality. Therefore, there were parts that could not be implemented when implemented in computer language. Therefore, in this paper, only the structure of the Myers Briggs type indicator theory was brought, and the definition of the corresponding items was newly carried out.
