예비유아교사의 자아존중감, 전문성 인식이 유아코딩교육 인식에 미치는 영향

The Impact on Awareness of Children Coding Education of University Students’ Self-esteem and Recognition of Professionalism

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 자아존중감, 전문성 인식, 유아코딩교육 인식의 관계를 살펴보고 예측 변인들이 유아코딩교육 인식에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 연구되었다. 이를 위해 전라남도 지역에 있는 대학생 163명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수집된 자료는 설문 문항에 대한 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 문항간 일치도(Cronbach ) 계수를 산출하였고, 예비유아교사의 자아존중감, 전문성 인식, 유아코딩교육 인식간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 적률상관분석을 실시하였으며, 예비유아교사의 자아존중감, 전문성 인식이 유아코딩교육 인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 자아존중감과 코딩교육 인식은 유의한 상관이 나타나지 않았으며 전문성과 코딩교육 인식의 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 전문성 중 직업윤리와 사회봉사가 유아코딩교육 인식에 대한 정적 예측 변인으로 나타났다. 하위요인 별로 분석한 결과는 하위요인 중 필요성 인식과 교육환경 인식에는 전문성의 하위요인인 직업윤리가 유일하게 유의한 정적 영향을 주지만 수업내용 인식과 수업 운영 인식에는 전문성의 하위요인인 직업윤리와 사회봉사가 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among university students’ self-esteem, recognition of professionalism, and children coding education, and to analyze the impact of predicting variables on the awareness of children coding education. The survey target was one hundred sixty-three university students in Jeollanam-do. Cronbach Coefficient was calculated to test the reliability of the survey questionnaires for the collected data, and Pearson’s Ratio Correlation Analysis was applied to measure the perception in the relationship between university students’ self-esteem and the recognition of professionalism. Multiple regression analysis was implemented to measure the effect of their self-esteem and recognition of professionalism on children coding education awareness. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there was not a significant correlation for university students’ self-esteem and children coding education, but there was a significant correlation for the recognition of professionalism and children coding education. Second, vocational ethics and community service in recognition of professionalism were the predicting variables of children coding education. Necessity recognition and vocational ethics, a sub-area of professionalism, had a significant static correlation in the environment of education awareness, while vocation ethics and community service showed a significant static correlation in the contents of a class and class operation awareness.
