대인관계능력에 관한 연구 동향 분석

An Analysis of Research Trends on Interpersonal Competence: Focused On Domestic Journals

본 연구는 국내 대인관계능력 연구를 분석함으로써 대인관계능력에 대해 깊이 이해하고, 후속 연구의 방향성에 대하여 제언하고자 한다. 이를 위해 KCI에 등재된 국내 대인관계능력 연구 45편을 발행연도, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제, 통계분석, 연구변인, 측정도구를 기준으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 한국판 대인관계 유능성 척도 타당화 연구 이후 대인관계능력 연구가 점차 증가했으며 2015년에 가장 많은 연구가 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 절반 이상으로 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구방법은 모두 양적연구였고, 그 중 변인 간 관계 연구가 35편으로 가장 많았다. 넷째, 회귀분석이 35편으로 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 전체 연구의 절반이 넘는 33편의 연구에서 대인관계능력을 종속변인으로 사용하였다. 다섯째, 대인관계 유능성 척도 한국판을 사용한 연구가 25편으로 가장 많았다. 위와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점 및 향후 대인관계능력 연구의 방향성에 대해 제언하였다.

Objectives: The object of this study is to deeply understand interpersonal abilities by analyzing domestic interpersonal skills research and to suggest the direction of further research. Methods: the 45 domestic journals listed on KCI were analyzed by the year of publication, research subjects, research methods, research topics, statistical analysis, research variables, and scales. Results: First, after the Korean version of the interpersonal competence scale validation study, the number of interpersonal competence studies gradually increased, and the most studies were conducted in 2015. Second, more than half of the studies on university students were the most common. Third, all research methods are quantitative studies, and among them, 35 studies on the relationship between variables were the most common. Fourth, regression analysis was most frequently used with 35 researches and interpersonal ability was used as a dependent variable in 33 researches, more than half of all researches.. Fifth, 25 studies using the K-ICQ were the most common. Conclusions: Based on the above research results, the meaning and limitations of this study and the direction of further research on interpersonal skills were suggested.
