The purpose of this study is to find out whether disability acceptance in adolescents with disabilities has a direct effect on self-efficacy, and what kind of structural relationship interpersonal relationship competency and career competency have with disability acceptance and self-efficacy. In addition, it is to prove how influential each related variable is and whether the intervention of a mediating variable can mediate low self-efficacy. To carry out the purpose of this study, the 4th year data of the 2nd wave of the PSED data (Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled) was used as an analysis data, and 285 disabled persons aged 17 to 24 years old registered under the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities were targeted. In addition, a structural equation modeling analysis was conducted by measuring the disability acceptance, interpersonal relationship competency, career competency, and self-efficacy of disabled adolescents as variables. As a result, first, it was found that disability acceptance of disabled adolescents had a direct and significant effect on self-efficacy. Second, it was found that disability acceptance of disabled adolescents has an indirect effect on self-efficacy through interpersonal relationship competency and career competency. Third, it was found that interpersonal relationship competence has the most influence on the formation of self-efficacy, followed by disability acceptance and career competency.
