본 연구는 만5 세 유아를 대상으로 SCAMPER 활동이 유아의 창의성 중진 효과를 알아보고자한다. 유아들이 일상생활에서 친숙한 동물과 일상생활용품을 주제로 하여 SCAMPER 활동을 주3 회 9주간 총27 회 실시하였다. 한국판 TICT 도형검사를 사용하여 창의성을 측정하고 ANCOVA를 이용하여 자료 분석하고, 창의성 중진의 과정을 살펴보기위해 유아의 그림 산출물을 Urban의 질적 평가단계와창의적 그림표현 평가 수준에 따라 평가하여 x2를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, SCAMPER 활동은 유아의 창의성 전체 및 하위 요소의 중진에 효과적이었다. 둘째, 창의성의 중진과정에서 Urban 의 질적 평가 단계에 의하면 동물범주와 일상생활용품범주에서 단계의 변화과정이 유사하였으며, 초기에 3 단계에서 4단계로 중진 후 중기에 유지과정을 거쳐 후기에 5 단계로 중진하였다. 또한, 창의적 그립표현 질적 평가에서 하위요인인 내용의 적절성, 다양성, 독창성이 주의 흐름에 따라 증진하였으며, 동물범주와 일상생활용품범주 간에는 창의성 중진과정 유형이 다소 차이가 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of SCAMPER activities on the improvement of preschooler's creativity. Forty-eight 5-year-olds attending the l<lndergarten in Daegu joined in this study. There were 24 children each in the experimental group and control group. Whereas the children in the experimental group joined in the SCAMPER activities for animals and daily necessities, the children in the control group did not join during 9 weel'5. To measure the children's creativity, ITCT(figural test) ,vas used and Urban's developmental stage of creativity and qualitative criteria of creative dra,ving expression were applied children's drawing productions. The statistical methods were used ANCOVA and x2 test. The results were revealed the follmving: First, SCAMPER activities had the effect on the total scores and the score of sub-factors of creativity, Second, by Urban's developmental stage of creativity, the pattern of developmental curve is revealed M pattern, that is, there were progressed from stage 3 to stage 4 at the first term, stay on stage 4 at the midterm, and from stage 4 to stage 5 at the last term both animals and daily necessities. Third, by the qualitative criteria of creative drawing expression, the appropriateness, diversity and originality as criteria were more progressive both categories, whereas the progressive curves were different pattern each category of animals and daily necessities
