본연구에서는온라인 기반교수 · 학습과정에서의 교수자의 역할과자질을살펴보고, 학습자의 사고력 계발을 위한 온라인 교수전략을 적용한 웹을 개발함으로써, 온라인의 특성과 Dewey 의 교육적 경험의 원리에 기초한 교수자의 자질 및 역할을 유기적으로 통합시켜, 온라인 공간에서 학습자의 사고력을 계발할 수 있는 온라인 활용 교수 전략을 탐색하였다. 개발과정 및 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 활용을 위한 교수 전략에 따른 웹구조를 구축하였다. 둘째, 온라인 시스템 구축은 서버 관리시스템 개발, 개별 사용자의 데이터베이스 프로그램 개발, 가상교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 셋째, 인터페이스 구현과 온라인 사이트를 디자인 하였다. 넷째, 학습자의 사고력 계발을 위한 온라인 교육 및 학습유형의 범위를 결정한 후 개발하였다. 다섯째, 온라인 교육 및 학습유형에 따른 교육콘텐츠 및 평가프로그램을 개발하였다. 여섯째, 학습자참여 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이상의 연구과정 및 결과를 중심으로 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 교수 전략은 교수자의 업무를 과중시키는 요인이 될 수도 있기 때문에 이를 위한 방안이 필요하다. 둘째, 교수자의 자질 및 역할을 충분히 수행할 수 있는 능력 및 대학의 물적 · 인적 인프라 구축이 전제 되어야 한다. 셋째, 온라인 교수 전략을 통해 학습자의 사고력이 어느 정도 계발되었는지 알 수 있는 구체적인 검증이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study was to inquire a on-line instruction strategy for the development of learner's thinking power. There were a development of teaching · learning program based on WBI , Web Based Instruction. There could be several procedures that should be designed at the first step: Analyzing, Designing, Building, Testing, Recycling. Upon the completion of the system, it should undergo the same process continuously so that it could improve over a period of time, contribute to the early childhood education student's thinking power. In addition continuously repetitive requirements had pop up in the phase. And it was necessary for this program try to map out a strategy developing and a policy support from university. It was very important that the contents and concrete evidence for develop of early childhood education student's thinking power.
