본 연구는 교수ㆍ학습의 과정에서 교사의 인성적 특성이 수업의 효율성과 학생들의 창의성을 높이는데 관련되는 수업 변인이라고 할 수 있어 중등학교 교사가 지각한 창의적 행동특성의 경향성 및 지표별 특성을 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구의 대상은 중등학교 교사 60명이었고, 설문지는 앙케이트조사 형식을 취한 ‘창의적 행동 특성 검목표’를 사용하였다. 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등학교 교사가 지각한 창의적 행동 특성 평점은 67.45%이다. 그리고 이들의 행동 특성의 특징은 ‘독립적으로 일하고 시간 관리를 잘하며 작업의 효율성을 중요시 하지만, 복잡한 일에 신경을 쓰지 않고 불필요한 언어적 표현을 하지 않음’이다. 둘째, 중등학교 교사가 지각한 창의적 행동의 지표별 특성은 성별, 연령별, 교직 경력별에서 유의한 차이가 없지만 교직계열별 지표에서는 예․체능계열, 인문사회계열, 자연계열 순으로 유의미한 차이가 있다. 특히 연령이 증가할수록 창의적 행동 특성의 평점이 점진적으로 높아진다.
The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristic of creative personality by the middle and high school teacher's perception. The subjects of this study were 60teachers of middle and high school in Daegu. The results of this study were as follows; First, the percent score of creative personality by the middle and high school teacher's perception was 67.45%. They were perceptived more importance for the independently work, a good time management, an efficiency of work. Second, The index orders of the characteristic of creative personality by the middle and high school teacher's perception were follows; first: the artistic and physical education, second: human knowledge and social study, and third: science education.
