본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 NLP 집단상담 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 빈도에 따른 효과의 차이를 알아보고자 하며, 또한 신경논리적 차원에 따른 효과의 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구문제는 첫째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 사전사후점수 간에는 차이가 있는가? 둘째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 참여빈도에 따른 상하 집단 간의 차이가 있는가? 셋째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 신경논리적 차원에 따른 상하 집단 간의 차이가 있는가? 이다. 본 연구의 대상은 전북의 W대학교에서 실시한 NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 10명을 대상으로 한국판 스미스클라인 비챰의 삶의 질 척도(KvSBQOL)를 사용하여 효과를 측정하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 삶의 질 사전-사후점수 간의 차이는 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 참여빈도에 따른 상하 집단 간의 삶의 질 점수 차이는 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, NLP 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 신경논리적 차원에 따른 상하 집단 간의 삶의 질 점수 차이는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 따라서 결론적으로 NLP 집단상담 프로그램은 대학생의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 데 어느 정도 긍정적이라는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 실험에 적극적으로 참여할수록 효과가 크다는 것을 제시하였다.
This study is to examine the effectiveness of NLP group therapy program for university students. Under the study, it is to find the difference in the effects of NLP group therapy program depend on the numbers of participation and also to find the difference in the effects depend on neurological levels. The followings are the questions. First, is there any difference between the scores of before the test and after the test of the experiment group those who were in NLP group therapy program? Second, is there any difference between the upper level group and the lower level group by the numbers of participation of the experiment group in NLP group therapy program? Third, is there any difference between the upper level group and the lower level group by the different neurological levels of NLP group therapy program? The object of the study was 10 students from W-University in JeonBuk Province and KvSBQOL was used to measure the effectiveness. The followings are the results. First, there was a significant difference between the scores of before the test and after the test of the experiment group of NLP group therapy program. Second, there was a significant difference between the upper level and the lower level depend on the numbers of participation of the experiment group of NLP group therapy program. Third, there was no significant difference between the upper level and the lower level by the different neurological levels in experiment group of NLP group therapy program. As a result, NLP group therapy program was effective to improve the quality of life of university students.
