본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 자기조절학습 수준과 시간 관리 수준의 향상을 위해 학습전략 프로그램을 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구가설검증을 위해 부산광역시에 소재한 H중학교 2학년 전체 11개 학급의 학생 370명을 실험집단으로 선정하여 프로그램을 실시하였고, 같은 학군 내에 소재하며 규모와 학업성취도 수준이 유사한 M중학교 2학년 10개 학급의 학생 346명을 통제집단으로 선정하였다. 연구결과처리과정에서 최종연구대상으로는 실험집단 308명, 통제집단 293명이 선별되었다. 프로그램은 17주간에 걸쳐 총17회기로 진행하였다. 자료처리는 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 이용하였다. 연구가설 검증결과 본 연구의 학습전략 프로그램이 중학생의 자기조절학습 수준과 시간 관리 수준을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Learning Strategy Program on the Self-regulated Learning and Time Management of second graders in middle school. The research questions of this study were as follows. First, does the Learning Strategy Program have a positive effect on the Self-regulated Learning of second graders in middle school? Second, does the Learning Strategy Program have an effect the Time Management of second graders in middle school? This study was examined with pre-post experimental design. Learning Strategy Program was applied to the experimental group for 17 weeks. Self-regulated Learning Scale and Time Management Scale were administrated to all subjects as pre-test and post-test. To verify the effect of the experiment, ANCOVA was conducted. The results of this study were as follows. First, the experimental group which had been participated in the Learning Strategy Program showed statistically significant difference in Self-regulated Learning from the controlled group which hadn't. Second, The experimental group which had been participated in the Learning Strategy Program showed statistically significant difference in Time Management from the controlled group which hadn't. Based on the results of the study, it has been verified that Learning Strategy Program had a positive effect on improving level of the Self-regulated Learning and Time Management of second graders in middle school.
