본 연구의 목적은 청소년용 배려척도를 개발하고, 그 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 문헌연구를 통하여 배려를 구성하는 요인으로 인지적 영역, 정서적 영역, 행동적 영역을 설정하였으며, 문헌연구를 통하여 구성요인에 부합되는 210문항을 제작하였다. 내용이 유사한 문항을 수정하거나 삭제하여 149문항을 1차 예비문항으로 선정한 다음 전문가의 검토를 거쳐 인지적 영역 15문항, 정의적 영역 15문항, 행동적 영역 15문항으로 총 45문항을 선정하였다. 이들 문항으로 구성된 검사를 281명의 중학생에게 실시하여 문항과 구성요인간의 상관분석과 요인분석을 실시한 결과 인지적 영역 6문항, 정서적 영역 9문항, 행동적 영역 5문항의 3개요인 20개 문항이 최종 문항으로 선정되었다. 배려척도는 세 구성요인과 척도의 총점간의 상관이 높아 구인타당성이 입증되었으며, 문항내적합치도가 높아 신뢰도가 입증되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 배려척도는 청소년들의 배려를 측정하는 도구로써 적합한 것으로 판단된다.
The purpose of the study is to develop the Caring Test for juvenile and examine its validity and reliability. Three sub-factors of caring were identified based on the results of literature review, which are cognitive domain, emotional domain, and behavioral domain. 210 items that represented the three factors were developed based on the result of literature review. 45 items were selected from the original questionnaire based on review of two professionals. 281 middle school students were sampled for the study. Factor analysis confirmed the three factors with 20 items that are 6 items for the cognitive domain, 9 items for the emotional domain, and 5 items for the behavioral domain. To examine the construct validity of the test, correlation coefficient among three factors and total score of the test was computed. Each factor was highly correlated with total score of the test. The caring test also had high internal consistency. Therefor, the Caring Test has high validity and reliability so that it can be used to measure caring for juvenile.
