학부모의 마음을 사로잡는 SNS(밴드) 소통 경험에 대한 어느 초임 교사의 이야기: 사례 연구

The SNS Communication Experience of a Beginning Teacher to feel Sympathy with Parents: Case Study

본 연구는 교사와 학부모의 원활한 소통과 긍정적인 인간관계 형성을 위해 SNS(밴드)를 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 한 초임 교사의 경험과 과정을 이해하고, 그 속에 담겨있는 의미를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 질적 연구 방법의 사례 연구로 심층면담 및 SNS(밴드) 내용 등의 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 SNS 활용 전 C교사의 교육관, 가치관 및 학부모와의 소통 중요성 등에 대한 교사의 생각을 이해할 수 있었다. 둘째 SNS(밴드)를 통한 학부모와의 소통 과정과 구체적인 경험 사례들을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 마지막으로 학부모와의 소통 과정에서 발견할 수 있는 다양한 의미(학부모의 마음 알아가기, 나(교사)의 든든한 지원자는 바로 학부모, 아이와 부모의 끈끈함(관계) 만들어주기, 좀 더 나은 교사 되어가기)를 탐색할 수 있었다. 이 과정을 통해 교사와 학부모의 소통을 돕는 유용한 도구로서 SNS(밴드)의 가능성을 이해하고, 소통의 과정에서 발견되는 교사의 다양한 경험적 정보들을 공유하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning and experience of a beginning physical education teacher for communicating process with parents in SNS(Naver Band). A case study of the qualitative research method was used. Data source contained In-depth interview and the contents of SNS (Naver Band) which a beginning teacher used. The stories and meanings of his experience in SNS were described in detail. First, we understood his education view and his thought about impotence and value of communication with parents before using SNS. Second, we could see the process of communication with parents in SNS and detailed cases of communication experience with parents in SNS. Last, we found various meanings for the communication process with parents in SNS; understanding parents’ mind, parents would be supports for teacher, making tighten relationship between children and parents, being more developed teach in the future. Through the communication process, we tried to understand the possibility of SNS(band) as a useful instrument for the communication between parents and teacher, and share teacher’s empirical information for communicating with parents.
