혁신교육공동체 기반 소셜 앙트러프러너십 교육프로그램 개발연구

A Study on Development Social Entrepreneurship Instructional Program Based on Entrepreneurship Educational Community

본 연구는 혁신교육공동체 기반 소셜 앙트러프러너십 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 문헌 및 사례분석을 통해 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 전문가 형성평가를 통해 타당도를 검증하였다. 또한, 프로세스의 측면에서, ADDIE 모형의 절차를 따르며, 프로그램 적용과정에서 수집된 자료는 학습자 경험의 의미를 도출하기 위하여 질적분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 문헌 및 사례분석, FGI를 통해 혁신교육공동체 기반 소셜 앙트러프러너십 교육프로그램이 개발되었다. 둘째, 학습자들의 경험의 의미는 ‘배움을 추구하는 공감적 교육 공동체’, ‘혁신을 추구하는 창의적 교육공동체’, ‘도전을 추구하는 실천적 교육공동체’로 나타났다. 아울러, 본 연구는 대학의 학습자들뿐만 아니라 다양한 교육 현장에서 소셜 앙트러프러너십 교육프로그램을 적용하여 그 실효성을 기대할 수 있고, 지역사회 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to research on development educationl program on social entrepreneurship based on the entrepreneurship educational community. For this, development research was used as a method of qualitative research. In other words, the program was designed through literature analysis and case analysis, and a draft was developed, and then the final draft was developed by revising and supplementing through expert formative evaluation. This study conducted content analysis among qualitative research methods. The results are as follows. First, an innovative educational community-based social entrepreneurship educational program was developed through FGI. Second, The meaning of the learners' experiences was found to be 'a sympathetic educational community that pursues learning', 'a creative educational community that pursues entrepreneurship', and 'a practical educational community that pursues a challenge'. In addition, this study is expected to be effective and contribute to the local community by applying the social entrepreneurship education program not only to university learners but also to various educational fields.
