고등학생 창의성의 종단 변화와 영향요인의 탐색

Longitudinal Changes of High School Students' Creativity and Exploration of Influencing Factors

이 연구는 일반고 학생 창의성의 종단적 발달에 대한 경향성 및 결정변인과의 관계를 분석하고, 교육과정 혁신에 대한 시사점을 제시하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의성의 요인구조와 타당성은 어떠한가? 둘째, 일반고 학생의 창의성 발달 양상은 어떠한가? 셋째, 일반고 학생의 창의성 발달에 영향을 미치는 변인은 무엇인가? 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의성에 대한 요인분석 결과, 단일모형이 모두 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일반고 학생의 창의성 발달은 2차년도 변화 모형이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 3학년 때 회복하는 V형태를 보였다. 셋째, 창의성 변화에 미치는 개인 변인은 1일 평균 스스로 공부시간, 가정 변인은 의사소통, 학교 변인은 학교행복감과 자기주도 학습능력으로 나타났다. 이들은 모두 창의성 초기 값에 영향을 주었으나, 1일 평균 스스로 공부시간만 변화율에 긍정적으로 영향을 주었으며, 나머지 변인들은 모두 창의성 변화율에는 부적 영향을 주었다. 본 연구 결과에 기반으로 고등학교 교육과정 혁신에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study intended to analyze longitudinal changes in the relationship between high school students’ creativity and its determinants and provide implications for curriculum innovation in general high schools. The researcher set up three research questions. First, what is the factor structure and validity of creativity? Second, what is the development pattern of creativity in general high school students? Third, what are the variables that affect the creativity development of general high school students? Results are as follows. First, as a result of factor analysis on creativity, it was found that all of the single models were valid. Second, for the creativity development of general high school students, the change model in the second year was found to be the most suitable, showed a V-shaped recovery in the third year. Third, variables affecting creativity change were daily average self-study time in the personal variable, communication in the family variable, and school happiness and self-directed learning ability in the school variable. All the variables affected the initial value of creativity, but only the average self-study time per day had a positive effect on the change rate, and all other variables had a negative effect on the change rate of creativity. Based on the results, implications for high school curriculum innovation are presented.
