배움에서의 공감적 앙트러프러너십교육 경험연구: 예비교사를 대상으로

A Study on Empathic Entrepreneurship Education Experience in Learning: Pre-service teachers

본 연구는 공감적 앙트러프러너십 교육에 대한 예비교사들의 경험을 통해 배움에서의 의미를 살펴보는 것이다. 수집된 자료는 수업자료, 성찰일지, 인터뷰, 최종결과물 등이며, 질적분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 공감적 앙트러프러너십 교육은 예비교사들이 공감적 문제를 발견하고, 창의적 문제해결을 위해 결과물을 구현해내며, 공모전, 발표회, 박람회 등을 통해 사회적 파급을 이끄는 과정이다. 둘째, 예비교사들이 경험한 공감적 앙트러프러너십 교육은 ‘새로운 지식을 통한 배움: 공감적 깨달음’, ‘실천을 통한 배움: 공감적 앎’, ‘도구를 통한 배움: 공감적 지식’의 의미로 나타났다. 공감적 앙트러프러너십은 Learning by Doing으로 공감적 문제가 실제 삶에 적용되고 구동되어 공감적 배움이 이루어지는 교육이다. 아울러, 공감적 앙트러프러너십은 미래사회에 필요한 역량이며, 단지 기호나 텍스트라는 추상적인 개념을 전달하는 전통적 지식주입식 교육에 서 벗어나 변화하는 시대에 진정한 배움을 위한 유용한 교육방법이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to research on the meaning in terms of learning through the experiences of pre-service teachers on empathic entrepreneurship education. For this, the collected data were class materials, reflection journals, interviews, final results and a qualitative analysis was conducted. Research results, First, empathic entrepreneurship education is for pre-service teachers to discover sympathetic problems, implement results to solve problems creatively, and lead social ripples through contests, presentations, and fairs. Second, the empathic entrepreneurship education experienced by pre-service teachers was found to mean 'learning through new knowledge: empathic realization', 'learning through practice: empathic knowledge', and 'learning through tools: empathic knowledge'. Empathic Entrepreneurship is Learning by Doing, an education in which empathic learning is achieved by applying and driving empathic problems to real life. In addition, empathic entrepreneurship is a necessary competency for the future society, and it is expected to be a useful educational method for true learning in a changing era, away from traditional knowledge-injected education that conveys abstract concepts such as signs or texts.
