어린이 체험전의 전시형태 분석과 체험요소에 대한 만족 관계 연구 -‘나무야 나무야 체험전’을 중심으로-

A Study Display Analysis and Satisfaction with the Experience Factor on the Children's Activity Exhibition 'Tree, Tree’

본 연구는 ‘나무야 나무야’ 체험전을 중심으로 어린이 체험전에 나타난 전시형태를 분석하고, 체험전에 나타난 체험요소와 그에 대한 체험만족과의 관계를 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, Manovich(2004)의 이론을 기초로 체험전을 심리적, 물리적 상호작용으로 나누어 관찰하였으며 둘째, Pine 과 Gilmore(1998)이 제시한 체험요소 4가지를 바탕으로 체험만족에 대한 상관을 알아보았다. 이에 따라 2015년 6월 22일부터 10월 30일까지 ‘나무야 나무야 체험전’에 방문하여 체험전 전시형태를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 첫째, 전시형태 분석에 있어 물리적 상호작용은 심리적 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다수가 참여하는 신체이용, 공간공유와 같은물리적 체험에서는 경쟁, 즉흥, 협동이 골고루 나타나고 있었으며 공간공유가 적은 물리적 상호작용에서는 다른 사람이 만드는 것을 바라보는 관조나 자신이 만들고 싶은 방법으로 나무를 만들어가는 즉흥이 관찰되었다. 둘째, 체험요소(4Es)에 따라 전시회에 대한 전반적인 가치와 만족도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 각 영역간의 상관을 구체적으로 살펴보면 첫째, 체험요소와 가치의 관련성은 .65, 체험 요소와 만족도 .65, 체험요소와 행동의도는 .51을 나타냈으며 가치와 만족도의 관련성은 .89, 행동의도와 가치는 .69로 나타났다. 또한 만족과 행동의도는 .71로나타났다.
