일반화가능도 이론을 적용한 한국판 Wallach와 Kogan 창의성 검사의 신뢰도 분석

Analyses of The Reliability of The Korean Version of Wallach & Kogan Creativity Test Using the Generalizability Theory

본 연구는 일반화가능도 이론을 적용하여 한국판 Wallach와 Kogan 검사에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 상대적 영향력 및 신뢰도 향상을 위한 효율적 측정 조건을 분석하는 것이다. 서울소재 초등학교 4학년 277명을 대상으로 한국판 Wallach와 Kogan 검사 12문항을 30분 동안 실시하였다. 본 검사는 자료 분석을 위해 일반화 가능도 이론을 적용하여 p×r×i설계와 p×r×(i:d)설계로 나누어 G연구와 D연구를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, G연구와 D연구 모두 창의성 검사에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 피험자와 문항의 상호작용 요인이었다. 둘째, 한국판 Wallach와 Kogan 12문항에서, 일반화가능도 계수 .80을 얻기 위하여 평가자가 1명일 경우 7문항에서 G계수를 확보하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 평가자의 수를 늘리는 것 보다 영역의 수를 늘리거나 문항의 수를 늘리는 것이 측정 오차를 낮추고 신뢰도 계수를 높이는데 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 영역, 문항 그리고 시간을 포함하는 다양한 오차요인을 후속 연구로 제언하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relative influence of the factors affecting test reliability and to improve the measurement conditions of the Korean version of Wallach & Kogan creativity test using the generalizability theory. 277 elementary school student participated in the study and answered 12 items of the Wallach and Kogan Creativity Test for 30 minutes. Both G study and D study were performed in the separate p×r×i design and p×r×(i:d) design. The results of the study are as follows; First, the component which has the largest influence to the Korean version of Wallach & Kogan was the interaction between person and items. Second, the result of D study showed that in the case of the Korean version scale 12 items, the normal level of generalizability coefficient .80 was achieved in 7 items in the case of one rater. Third, to reduce measuring errors and improve reliability, it was recommended to increase the number of domain and item rather than increasing the number of rater. Finally this study suggested that generalizability coefficient based on various error sources such as domains, items and time should be considered to keep a satisfactory level of reliability in a follow-up study.
