사진과 연계한 AbPS활동이 유아의 창의적 사고와 창의적 특성에 미치는 효과

Effects of AbPS Activities Connected with Photos on Creativity Thinking and Creative Traits of Young Children

본 연구의 목적은 사진과 연계한 AbPS활동이 유아의 창의적 사고와 창의적 특성에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 분당시 B구에 위치한 S유치원 만 5세 유아 32명(실험집단 16명, 통제집단 16명)을 대상으로 8주에 걸쳐 연구를 실시하였다. 한국판 TTCT(도형)검사와 창의적 특성의 도구들을 사용하여 자료를 수집하고 t-검증을 통해 실험처치의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구문제를 중심으로 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단 유아들의 창의적 사고 점수가 통제집단 유아보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실험집단 유아의 창의적 특성 총점이 통제집단 유아보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사진과 연계한 AbPS활동이 유아의 창의적 사고와 창의적 특성 증진에 효과가 있음을 나타내는 결과로, 본 활동을 유아교육 현장에 적용해볼 가치가 있음을 시사해 준다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the AbPS activities connected to the photos affect young children’s creative thinking and traits. For this purpose, we had observed 32 five-year-old children (16 children in the experimental group and 16 children in the control group) at S kindergarten in B-Gu, Bundang-City for 8 weeks. The data was collected based on the Korean version of TTCT test and by using creative tools. Then the SPSS 22.0 WIN program analyzed this collected data. Our study found that (1) the score of the experimental group’s creative thinking and characters increased more meaningfully than that of the control group and (2) the total score of creative characters of the experimental group increased more visibly than that of the control group. In conclusion, the AbPS activities connected to the photos are effective in promoting young children’s creative thinking and traits and therefore, it is worth trying out these activities in early childhood education.
