This case report shows an orthodontic treatment of a 12-year-old male patient with three impacted teeth involved with a large dentigerous cyst by marsupialization and orthodontic traction. The patient showed impacted maxillary left canine, first premolar, and second premolar combined with a large dentigerous cyst. First, marsupialization was done on the dentigerous cyst with extraction of the deciduous teeth. And then, traction of the horizontally impacted first premolar was performed using a cantilever coil spring. Second, traction of the impacted canine and second premolar was done by combined orthodontic and surgical treatments. After the orthodontic treatment, the impacted canine, first premolar, and second premolar were well aligned, and a favorable occlusion was achieved. This report presents a successful treatment of three impacted teeth involved with a large dentigerous cyst by marsupialization and orthodontic traction.
