The right to housing is an important basic right to guarantee human dignity and the right to pursue happiness under the Constitution, and it can be guaranteed through the ownership and residence of a house. And the right to housing is not only a guarantee of human dignity, but also a fundamental right that plays a key role in pursuing a peaceful and happy life with a family. Leisure housing will play an important role in enabling people to enjoy a mentally free life free from work and responsibilities, away from the space of the city and workplace.
