직장인의 심리적 부모화가 일중독에 미치는 영향: 인정욕구와 부적응적 완벽주의의 이중매개효과

Influence of Psychological Parentalization on Workaholism Among Office Workers: The Double Mediating Effects of Approval Needs and Maladaptive Perfectionism.

본 연구는 직장인들을 대상으로 심리적 부모화와 일중독의 관계에서 인정욕구와 부적응적 완벽주의의 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 19세이상 60세미만의 직장인 남녀 250명을 대상으로 심리적 부모화 척도, 인정욕구 척도, 부적응적 완벽주의 척도, 일중독 척도를 사용한 온라인 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계 분석, 상관분석을 실시하였으며, Process Maccro(모델6)을 사용하여 이중 매개효과를 확인하였고 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 사용해 간접효과 유의성을 검증하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심리적 부모화와 일중독의 관계에서 인정욕구의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 심리적 부모화와 일중독의 관계에서 부적응적 완벽주의의 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 부모화와 일중독의 관계에서 인정욕구와 부적응적 완벽주의의 순차적 부분이중매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 심리적 부모화가 직접적으로 일중독을 높이기도 하고, 인정욕구와 부적응적 완벽주의를 통해 일중독에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

This study examined the dual mediating effect of approval needs and maladaptive perfectionism on the relationship between psychological parentalization and work addiction in office workers. An online survey was conducted with 250 participants, aged 19 to 60. Data analysis included reliability, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis using SPSS 25.0. The double mediating effect and the significance of the indirect effect were identified. The results indicate that the need for approval did not significantly mediate the relationship between psychological parentalization and work addiction. However, maladaptive perfectionism partially mediated this relationship. Furthermore, a significant sequential dual mediating effect was observed between approval needs and maladaptive perfectionism in the relationship between psychological parentalization and work addiction. These findings confirm that psychological parentalization directly increases work addiction and influences it through approval needs and maladaptive perfectionism. Lastly, the study discussed the significance, limitations, and provided suggestions for future research.
