성인애착이 커플적응에 미치는 영향: 불안과 성생활만족도의 매개효과

The Effects of Adult Attachment on Couple Adaptation: Mediation Effects of Anxiety and Sex Life Satisfaction

본 연구의 목적은 성인 남녀의 성인애착(애착회피, 애착불안)과 커플적응의 관계에서 불안과 성생활만족도의 매개효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 온라인 상담센터를 방문한 부부를 포함한 커플관계에 있는 성인남녀를 대상으로 성인애착, 커플적응, 불안, 성생활만족도에 관한 설문을 실시하였고, SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 매개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 애착회피가 커플적응에 미치는 영향에서 불안과 성생활만족의 이중매개효과가 유의하였다. 둘째, 애착불안이 커플적 응에 미치는 영향에서 불안과 성생활만족도가 각각 유의하게 매개하였으나 이중매개는 유의하지 않았다. 즉, 성인애착의 하위유형인 애착회피와 애착불안이 커플적응에 직접적으로 영향을 주기도 하고, 불안과 성생활만족도를 거쳐 간접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 애착회피와 애착불안이 커플적응에 영향을 미치는 경로에는 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 애착회피와 애착불안이 커플적응에 영향을 미치는 경로에 차이가 있다는 것에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 커플적응을 높이기 위한 교육 및 상담프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the mediation effect of anxiety and sexual life satisfaction in the relationship between adult attachment (avoidant attachment and anxious attachment) and couple adaptation of adult men and women. Adult men and women in couple relationships, including couples who visited online counseling centers, were surveyed on adult attachment, couple adaptation, anxiety, and sexual life satisfaction, and the mediating effect was confirmed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of education and counseling programs to increase couple adaptation based on the understanding that avoidant attachment and anxious attachment affect couple adaptation. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study and further research were suggested.
