교정시설 남성 성범죄자의 대인관계 증진과 가족관계 회복을 위한 변증법적 행동치료(DBT)프로그램 개발 및 효과

Development and Effect of a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program to Enhance Interpersonal Relationship and Recover Family Relationship in Male Sex Offenders of Correctional Facilities

교정시설에서는 성범죄자의 재범 예방을 위해 다양한 수강명령 프로그램이 실시되고 있지만, 성범죄 재범은 여전히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교정시설에 수감 된 성범죄자의 대인관계 증진과 가족관계 회복을 통해 성범죄 재범을 예방하고자 변증법적 행동치료 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구참여자는 OO교정시설에 수감 된 성범죄자로 실험집단과 대조집단을 무선할당으로 나눠 집단 전후 실험 설계 방법으로 연구를 진행하였다. 자료 분석은 마음챙김, 자기통제, 충동성, 공격성, 대인 간 공감반응, 성인애 착 척도를 활용하여 사전검사를 하고 총 16회기 프로그램을 진행한 후 사후검사와 추후검사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 활용하여 이원 혼합설계 반복측정 변량분석(ANOVA)으로 변증법적 행동 프로그램의 효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단이 대조집단에 비해 마음챙김과 자기통제 수준이 상승하였고, 충동성, 공격성 수준을 낮추는 데 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실험집단이 대조집단에 비해 대인 간의 공감반응과 성인애착 수준이 모두 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성범죄자의 내적 변화와 관계 변화를 통해 대인관계가 증진과 가족 관계 회복에 긍정적 영향이 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구에 관한 제언을 하였다.

Various attendance order programs are enforced in correctional facilities to prevent sexual offense recidivism, but the rates continue to rise. This study developed a Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) program to prevent sexual crime recidivism among incarcerated sex offenders. Using a group pre-post experimental design, participants were randomly assigned to experimental or control groups in an OO correctional facility. Data analysis involved measures of mindfulness, self-control, impulsivity, aggression, interpersonal empathy, and adult attachment. A 16-session program was administered with pre-, post-, and follow-up assessments. SPSS 27.0 was used for analysis, employing mixed-design repeated measures ANOVA. Results showed that the experimental group exhibited significant increases in mindfulness and self-control, and decreases in impulsivity and aggression compared to the control group. Improvements in interpersonal empathy and adult attachment were also observed. The DBT program effectively enhanced interpersonal relationships and influenced family dynamics among sex offenders. The study's implications, limitations, and recommendations were discussed.
