부부가족상담사의 원가족 경험이 상담사 발달 수준에 미치는 영향: 수퍼바이저와의 작업동맹 경험과 자기성찰의 매개효과

The Effects of Couple and Family Therapists of Family-of-Origin Experience on Therapist Development: Focus on the Mediation Effect of Couple and Family Therapist's Self-Reflection and Working Alliance Experience with a Supervisor

본 연구의 목적은 부부가족상담사의 원가족 경험과 상담사 발달수준 관계에서 수퍼바이저와의 작업동맹 경험과 자기성찰의 매개효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 전국에 있는 부부가족상담사 233명을 대상으로 원가족 경험, 상담사 발달수준, 수퍼비전 작업동맹경험, 상담사 자기성찰에 대한 설문을 실시하였고, 이 중 216명의 결과를 SPSS 25와 Amos 21을 사용하여 매개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 변인 간의 상관관계 분석에서 부부가족상담사의 원가족 경험이 수퍼바이저와의 작업 동맹 경험으로 가는 경로와 자기성찰로 가는 경로에서 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기성찰로 가는 경로와 상담사 발달수준으로 가는 경로에서는 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부부가족상담사의 수퍼바이저와의 작업동맹 경험이 자기성찰로 가는 경로에서는 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 상담사 발달수준으로 가는 경로에서는 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부부가족상담사의 자기성찰이 상담사 발달로 가는 경로에서 직접적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과 를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

This study aimed to empirically investigate the mediating effects of couple and family therapist’s working alliance experience with supervisors and self-reflection on the relationship between their family-of-origin experiences and therapist development. A total of 216 couple and family therapists participated in this study and structural equation modeling and bootstrapping techniques were utilized for data analysis. This study found that the family-of-origin experience of couple and family therapists had a direct effect on the path between working alliance experience with supervisors and self-reflection. Also, the working alliance experience of the couple and family therapists with supervisors revealed a direct effect on the path to self-reflection. In addition, the working alliance experience of the couple and family therapists with the supervisor exhibited a direct effect on the path to self-reflection. Based on the results of this study, the significance and limitations were discussed and suggestions were made for future studies.
