에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 어머니의 양육소진 척도개발 및 타당화

본 연구는 어머니의 성격특성에 따른 양육소진 상황을 파악함으로써 양육소진을 예방하고 건강한 가정을 만드는 데 도움이 될 수 있도록 에니어그램 성격유형에 따른 어머니의 양육소진 척도(VETI-MB)를 개발하고 검증 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 어머니를 대상으로 워크숍과 심층인터뷰를 실시하여 양육소진 상황에 대한 문항을 수집하였으며, 전문가 타당도를 통해 선정된 문항을 추출하였다. 추출된 문항은 문항 간 상관분석 검증을 실시하였으며, 107문항이 최종척도 문항으로 구성되었다. 최종척도의 신뢰도 Cronbach ɑ의 계수는 .875-.941로 나타났다. 이후, 개발된 척도의 타당화 검증은 타당도와 신뢰도를 인정받은 검사도구인 VETI-A(비전에니어그램 성인용 성격검사)와 VETI-M(비전에니어그램 어머니용 성격검사)와의 공인타당도, 구성타당도 검증을 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 척도는 어머니가 자신의 에니어그램 성격적 특성에 따른 취약한 양육소진 상황을 알고, 부모 교육 현장이나 양육 현장에서 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 가진다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify a mother's parenting burnout scale (VETI-MB) according to the Enneagram personality type so that it can help prevent parenting burnout and create a healthy family by identifying the parenting burnout situation according to the mother's personality characteristics. To this end, literature studies and workshops and in-depth interviews with mothers with infants and toddlers were conducted to collect questions on the situation of parenting exhaustion, and selected questions were extracted through expert validity. The extracted questions were tested for correlation analysis between questions, and 107 questions were composed of final scale questions. The coefficient of the reliability Cronbach ɑ of the final scale was .875-.941. Subsequently, the validity verification of the developed scale was verified by correlating the type consistency between Vision Enneagram Adult Personality Test (VETI-A) and Vision Enneagram Mother Personality Test (VETI-M), which are validation and reliability tests. The scale developed in this study is significant in that mothers know the vulnerable parenting exhaustion situation according to their Enneagram personality characteristics and can be used as a powerful tool in parent education sites and counseling.
