예비체육교사들의 수업 지도안 작성에 대한 어려움 탐색

Exploring Pre-service Physical Education Teachers’ Difficulties in Writing Lesson Plans

본 연구의 목적은 예비체육교사가 작성한 수업 지도안을 통해 어떤 어려움을 경험하고 있는지를 탐색하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 5개 대학 180명의 수업 지도안을 질적 분석하였다. 연구 결과 수업 환경을 고려하지 못한 작성, 형식적인 작성, 그리고 창의적인 수업에 대한 오해로 인한 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이에 따라 무엇이 아닌 어떻게 수업 지도안을 작성해야 하는지에 대한 지도가 필요하며, 창의적인 수업 혹은 협동 수업과 같이 수업 계획 시 자주 사용하는 용어들의 명확한 개념을 이해하는 것이 선행되어야 할 것이다. 또한 열외학생 처리 및 팀 편성 계획과 같이 사소한 부분에서도 수업에 큰 영향을 미치고 있었음으로 수업 지도안 작성 시 이를 고려한 계획이 요구될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to explore pre-service physical education teachers’ difficulties in writing lesson plans. A total of 180 lesson plans in five universities was collected and analyzed via qualitative research. In result, the participants had a tenancy to write lesson plans without sufficient consideration of class environment in a superficial manner. And they did not understand the concept of a creative class. In conclusion, participants need to learn how to write lesson plans instead of what to write and need to understand a clear conception of a term that is commonly used in lesson plans. Also, the plan for students who do not participate in class and forming a team should be required, in advance of writing lesson plans.
