Exploring the Meaning of Learning Experience of Church Lifelong Education for Couples in the Early Marriage Stage

연구배경 : 비혼, 이혼율이 증가하고 있는 시대적 환경 속에서 결혼초기부부 교육 필요성 부각. 연구목적 : 교회평생교육 참여 결혼초기부부의 학습경험 의미와 영향을 교육학적 관점으로 조망, 결혼초기부부교육의 가치 발견. 연구방법 : 교회평생교육의 일환인 결혼초기부부교육 참여 결혼초기 부부 4가정 선정, 교육 참여 이전 경험과 참여 동기, 학습 과정 중 일어나는 경험, 학습 참여 이후 삶의 변화와 의미 탐색. 연구 결과 : 결혼초기부부들의 교회평생교육 참여 동기는 학습에 대한 당위적 관점, 갈등해결을 위한 수단적 관점, 소속감 형성을 위한 도구적 관점으로 나타났음. 학습 과정 중에는 주제 관련 인식과 성찰이 일어났으며, 동료가정과의 관계 맺음, 멘토 도움 등을 통해 다양한 학습활동을 하고 있었음. 교회평생교육 학습경험 이후는 삶에서 결혼초기부부들은 부부관계, 교회생활, 사회생활의 변화 양상이 드러났고 동료 간의 관계 맺음을 통해 학습이 확대되고 지속성이 고취되고 있었음. 시사점: 교회평생학습 현장에서 확보되는 환경적 유익성을 발견하였고 지역사회 학습에 대한 교회평생교육의 중요성을 밝힘.

Background : The necessity of education for couples in the early stages of marriage is highlighted in the era when the rate of non-marriage and divorce is increasing. Purpose : Looking at the meaning and impact of early marriage experiences from an pedagogical perspective, discovering the value of early marriage education. Methodology : selecting four families of early marriage couples who participate in education as part of church lifelong education, experience and motivation before participation in education, experience during the learning process, and exploration of life changes and meanings after participation in learning. Conclusion : the motivation for early marriage couples to participate in church lifelong education was found to be a legitimate view of learning, a means of resolving conflicts, and an instrumental view to form a sense of belonging.. During the learning process, subject-related awareness and reflection occurred, and various learning activities were conducted through relationships with fellow families and mentor help. After the church lifelong education learning experience, early marriage couples showed changes in marital relationships, church life, and social life, and learning was expanded and continuity was promoted through peer relationships.
