Structural Relationship among Self-Directed Learning Ability, Self-Efficacy, Communication Ability, and Creative Confluence Competency of University Students

연구배경 : 4차 산업혁명시대가 요구하는 미래의 인재상은 통섭형, 융합형 인재이다. 이러한 시대적·사회적 요구를 반영한 창의융합인재를 양성하기 위한 세부 실천 방안이 필요하다. 연구목적 : 본 연구는 대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 자기효능감, 의사소통능력, 창의융합역량 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하고 매개 효과를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 : 이를 위해 전국의 대학생 760명을 대상으로 SPSS WIN 23.0과 AMOS 26.0프로그램을 사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 일반적 배경에 따른 변수별 차이 검증결과 자기주도학습능력, 자기효능감, 의사소통능력, 창의융합역량은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기주도학습능력이 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향은 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기주도학습능력과 창의융합역량 간에 자기효능감은 매개효과를 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기주도학습능력과 창의융합역량 간에 의사소통능력은 매개효과를 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 자기주도학습능력과 창의융합역량 간에 자기효능감과 의사소통능력은 연속다중매개 효과를 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점 : 이와 같은 연구결과를 기반으로 변인들 간의 영향 관계를 파악하여 대학 교육현장에서 창의융합인재를 양성하기 위한 교수학습 전략 수립 시 시사점을 제공하는 데 의미가 있다.

Background : The future talent required in the era of the 4th industrial revolution is consilience and convergence. Detailed action plans are needed to nurture creative convergence talents that reflect these times and social demands. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationships among college students' self-directed learning ability, self-efficacy, communication ability, and creative convergence ability, and to identify mediating effects. Methodology : To this end, a study was conducted using SPSS WIN 23.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs targeting 760 university students nationwide. Conclusions : First, as a result of verifying the difference by variable according to the general background, there was a statistically significant difference in self-directed learning ability, self-efficacy, communication ability, and creative convergence ability. Second, the influence of college students' self-directed learning ability on their creative convergence competence was found to have a positive effect. Third, it was found that self-efficacy exerts a mediating effect between self-directed learning ability and creative convergence competency. Fourth, it was found that communication ability exerts a mediating effect between self-directed learning ability and creative convergence ability. Fifth, self-efficacy and communication ability between self-directed learning ability and creative convergence competency were found to exert continuous multi-mediating effects. Implications : Based on these research results, it is meaningful to provide implications when establishing teaching and learning strategies to nurture creative convergence talents in the university education field by identifying the relationship between variables.
